Sweet And Savory Watermelon Tuna Sashimi
Large cuts of seedless watermelon topped with fresh ahi tuna, goat cheese, and bean sprouts drizzled with spicy mayo.
Hoisin Buffalo Wings With Kimchi Dressing
Crispy chicken wings tossed in savory hoisin sauce topped with sesame seeds with kimchi dressing on the side for dipping.
Roasted chimichurri braised chicken with corn, black beans, shallots, and manchego cheese wrapped in a giant flour tortilla with roasted tomato sour cream on the side.
Kimchi And Crab Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms
Plain Greek yogurt is mixed with sautéed spinach, crab, minced kimchi, and grated parmesan cheese stuffed into a portabella mushroom and roasted until creamy, delicious, and golden.

Freekeh grains tossed with wilted spinach topped with lemon-grilled diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and feta cheese with dill vinaigrette.
Thai Turnip Green Salad
Braised and chilled turnip greens tossed with green onions, yellow bell pepper, water chestnuts, and carrots all tossed in Thai cashew dressing.
A blend of tomatoes, cucumbers, green onions, and bell peppers infused with balsamic and sriracha for a spicy cool treat.
